CONSULTING ASSIST PACKAGE
Often suits buyers who have seen a property they are interested in , but need independent advice and recommendations. They may also request Snowy Invest to negotiate the deal for them on the best terms available.

Hourly rate but not more than $1000.
Negotiate the acquisition on our behalf.
Fee from 0.77% (gst incl)

LODGE OR DEVELOPMENT SYNDICATION
As a client of Snowy Invest you may be invited to participate in the acquisition of a commercial lodge or commercial development . The intention here is to secure high returns in a 2-5 year time span. A acquisition fee, based on funds invested between 2 and 5% is usually charged.
You will be surprised what fantastic returns can be achieved through this kind of investment. You certainly wont be paying for ski holidays ever again!!!!!!!!
